The Purpose of This Contract Is The Successive Supply Of Polyethylene Pipes And Accessories Intended For The Execution, Repair, Renewal And Expansion Of The Scaffolds And Sections Of The Secondary Network Of The Managed Drinking Water Supply Network By Absa, with the technical, dimensional and regulatory characteristics detailed in the Technical Prescriptions Package. The object includes, in particular, the supply of polyethylene pipes suitable for the conduction of water intended for human consumption and Polyethylene accessories compatible with the system such as collars for taking on load, sleeves and union sleeves, for the union of pipe sections, elbows and tees, for the change of direction and the derivation of branches, flanges and flange holders, among others. It is treated Of a Supply Contract In Accordance With Article 16.3.A) Lcsp Given That Its Purpose Is The Periodic Acquisition Of Consumable Furniture Necessary For The Ordinary Development Of The Service.
