- Description: The object of the tender to be promoted, is the hiring of an energy counseling service in Esplugues de Llobregat. The intention is to generate a dynamic advice that becomes a tool that allows the energy transition of the municipality. This advisory service includes tasks of information, training, advice and support in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy, self -consumption, energy poverty, innovation and local energy communities, which will be aimed at citizens, trade and the Business and industrial fabric of Esplugues. At the Citizenship level, special reference is to be made to the collective of people and families who are in situations of energy poverty and who require more specific support and follow -up, in order to guarantee the energy supply in their homes . The period of contracting the service will go from April 2024 to March 2026, inclusive.
