Description: The purpose of this file is to justify hiring for the acquisition of a documentary scanning system and its inherent process management software. The tasks of installation and configuration of the digitizer will also be considered included, as well as adaptation in the new equipment of the processes already defined in the current digitization equipment owned by NEXEA Documentary Management S.A, S.M.E (hereinafter Nexea). Processes These, which must be migrated automatically, through the software included in the new equipment that is intended to acquire through the corresponding tender. The present tender does not contemplate the batch division, attending to the provisions of article 99.3 the law of contracts of the public sector.
