• The council of Sant Adrià De Besòs (The Council Going Forward) owns more than 40 low-voltage electrical installations located in different municipal facilities (schools, libraries, administrative buildings, cultural buildings, etc...) in the Which is mandatory to carry out the maintenance with authorized installation companies according to Royal Decree 842/2002, of August 2, By which the Electrotechnical Regulation for Low Voltage (Rebt) is approved, in order to contribute to the reliability of the operation of Essential Electric Energy Distribution System And The Safety Of The People Who Use Them And To Whom It Is Also Obligatory To Carry Out A Periodic Inspection Every Five (5) Years By A Control Organization (Oc). It is the object of this document Regulation of the Contracting of the Services Necessary for the Maintenance and Corresponding Works of the Electrical Installations in Bt of the Municipal Buildings and Equipment of the City Council, in order to: • Preserve the Safety of People and Assets Municipal buildings and equipment. • Ensure the normal operation of these facilities and prevent disturbances or effects on other facilities and services. • Contribute to Technical Reliability and Energy and Economic Efficiency Of these Facilities.
