- The subject is the subject of the contracting for lots of the Management Service of the following municipal kindergartens: Lot 1.-Escola Cradle Montesa, located in Calle de la Serra del Montsec, 55, in Esplugues de Llobregat, with a capacity for 74 children, spread over 5 classrooms. Lot 2.-MARTA LABESSAMata, located at Carrer de Josep Anselm Clave, 115, in Esplugues de Llobregat, with a capacity for 74 children, spread in 5 classrooms. The benefits of this contract will be in accordance with the provisions of this specifications, in the regulations and instructions that the City Council may dictate inThe educational field and the applicable regulations. The service subject to the contract will be at any time of municipal ownership and will have a nature of local public service, direct provision to the citizenry, in accordance with the article. Art 312 LCSP. Scope of the service provision: The service is providedto children of age between 16 weeks and 3 years. The service includes: -Sescolarization of the children -Menine and rest period -ACCEPTED (in the morning and afternoon, in case of demand by theUsers)
