- This contract aims to execute the work described in the `` Executive Project Remodeling of the playground of the Trenet Park ' initially approved by decree of the Delegate of Public Road, on November 19, 2024, and definitively approved by decree of the same.Councilor on February 6, 2025. It is a mixed contract of supplies and works under article 18 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts, for which the Spanish Parliament's directives and the 2014/23/EU are transposed to the Spanish legal system.And 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014 (LCSP), to which the legal regime of supply contracts will be applied for its award.
