Description: This contract aims to hire a computer system for the management of employees and the management of the payroll of the Morell City Council that administers the list of jobs And has' a portal of the employee in SAAS mode (Software as a Service). The services include the project management, the migration of data from the current system, the implementation of the new payroll and employees management program, its integration with the municipal accounting, the portal of the employee, the control of the control of Quality, the training of the HR staff of the City Council, the work in parallel between the current and the new system, the 'accompaniment to make the first payroll and the maintenance and support until the last semester of 2026.
