- This contract for public works aims to execute the `` Executive project Improvement of public lighting - annuity 2024 ', initially approved by decree of the delegate councilor of public roads, dated February 5, 2025 and becomes approved on a definitive manner on March 27,2025. In addition, it is considered that, if the bidding companies, for the preparation of their economic offer, plan to contemplate equivalences in the lighting elements or the parts that make up them (lights, retrofits, drivers, adaptation elements, etc.) prescribed in the documentationTechnique, must be submitted to the economic offer, the technical certificates of manufacturer of the contemplated elements, as well as the corresponding alternative light studies, which can demonstrate the equivalence of their proposal. In case, verified the documentation presented, thisIt does not demonstrate the equivalence of its proposal, the offer will be considered excluded. Consequently, it will be interpreted that companies that do not submit the aforementioned documentation have prepared their economic offer based on the elementsPrescribed.
