Description:
Description of the service: The contractual object consists of specialized training and mentoring services within the framework of the "Incuba Talent Digital" project. The "Incuba Talent Digital" project is an incubator that aims to provide technological and business training for entrepreneurial initiatives of the areas affected by the environmental impact of the production of nuclear electricity to facilitate the economic diversification, inclusion and digital transformation of the territory, in compliance with the order that the Secretariat of Digital Policies (affiliated to the Department of Business and Labor of the Generalitat de Catalunya) has done to the i2CAT Foundation. This assignment responds to the mandate of Article 8.4.c) of Law 5/2020, of April 29, on fiscal, financial and administrative measures and the public sector and the creation of the tax on facilities that affect the environment, which establishes that 50% of the income related to the activities of production, storage and transformation of electrical energy of nuclear origin must be used to nurture a fund to finance, among others, socio-economic development actions aimed at the areas affected by the impact environmental impact of the production of nuclear electricity and that among the priority lines of action and object of financing by the fund are, among others, the new technologies
