- Description of the service: Training service in ICT and digital skills 2.0 and accessibility for the staff of the Department of European Union and External Action. The contract will be offered in accordance with the following modalities: Synchronous online modality: training taught by means of videoconferencing tools that require the coincidence of the students during the dates and hours established in the course program. • Asynchronous online modality: training given through a virtual learning environment that does not it requires the coincidence of the students in time and in which the teacher provides active tutoring. For the purposes of the execution of the contract, it is considered that asynchronous active tutoring is the activity of a teacher in a virtual learning environment related to with the management of student learning: follow-up of student work, accompaniment and resolution of doubts, dynamism of the group, and review, correction and evaluation of the established learning activities.•Mixed online modality: which combines the two previous modalities.
