Description:
The Management and Assistance Service in the trips carried out by the senior officials and public employees of the Presidency of the Government of the Balearic Islands and the Ministry of Presidency and Public Administrations on the occasion of the exercise of their duties, as well as the people of others. to the administration that travel or are housed on behalf of it in compliance with the corresponding regulations or legal instruments, and the conditions under which the service must be executed.
The service includes the management of the reservation, issuance, modification, cancellation and delivery of transportation tickets Aerial, terrestrial and sea, as well as, in cases where it is required, accommodation and rental services, with and without a driver, both in Spain and abroad, with the extent that it is indicated later. It also includes the management of the visas in the event that they were needed.
