- The Framework Agreement is intended to carry out travel and assistance services:
The displacements made by people in charge of the administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya, its administrative units and the rest of the entities attached to the central system of related acquisitions in Annex no. 0, to be carried out both for institutional representation and service commission.
This hiring will cover the professional travel needs of the administration of the Generalitat, as well as people outside the Administration that travel or stay on behalf of it (in this case it must be justified in the contract based).
This service includes reservation management, issuance, modification, cancellation and delivery of air, land, maritime transport tickets, hotels and rental housing of vehicles, as well as the rental of conferences and meetings rooms, and in general, of any service of travel agencies.
It also includes when appropriate, the realization of protocol or representation activities and all those that are necessary to maintain Correction, social and representative attention, even when they are carried out with representatives of the private sector.
The service also includes the processing of visas by the travel agency.
