- Description of the provision: The object of the contract referred to in this specifications is the service of quality control of the water consumption of the water supply service on leave ,, in accordance with the prescriptions established in the particular technical prescriptions.It encompasses the provision of various services related to the regional public service of the urban water cycle managed by the regional business entity Onaigua, EPEL (hereinafter Onaigua). These services comprise the performance of the water quality analytics according to Royal Decree3/2023, and a technical advice by a technician specializing in water quality.The objective of the contract is to guarantee the best quality of the water and the operation of the regional service, complementing the resources that Waves will allocate to the management with those of the external contractorselected.
