• Within the framework of the powers attributed to it, Turespaña has obtained authorization from the Council of Ministers to put out to tender the public works concession for the Madrid Congress Palace, in the meeting held on May 6, 2025. The complex is going to be The object of a comprehensive rehabilitation that began in 2023 with the remodeling and expansion of Building B to become the future headquarters of Onu-Tourism. The purpose of the new tender is the concession of public works for the rest of the properties that make up the complex. The successful bidder will be in charge of drafting the execution project, carrying out the works and operating the Conference Center and its parking lot for a concession period of 40 years in exchange for an annual fee that will be paid to Turespaña.
