Description:
The sector called "Los Cercadillos" corresponds to a recent extension of the city of Alcala de Guadaira towards the southeast of the urban area, bordering to the South with the road that reaches the Molino de La Acena, which runs almost parallel to the bed of the Guadaira River.
One of the objectives of the Plan Partial Planning Plan "Los Cercadillos" was to obtain the necessary land to locate a large sports complex that would serve this area of the city.
The planning, design and execution of this sports center responds to the objective need to provide the municipality of Alcala with Guadaira of contemporary, versatile sports facilities sized according to population parameters,
In this sense, the project is implemented on a classified plot as a General Interior System for sports use, which demonstrates its structuring vocation within the network of public facilities of the city and its area of influence.
The implementation of this sports center represents a strategic opportunity to establish a reference facility in an area of new urban development in Alcala de Guadaira.
