Description of the provision: In accordance with Decree 130/1998, of May 12, which establishes measures to prevent wildfire prevention in the areas of road influence, the bodies responsible for the roads that pass through forest lands, must comply with theForest fire prevention measures. As well as Law 5/2003 of April 22, which must have the measures of prevention of forest fires in the urbanizations, population centers, buildings and facilities located on forest land or in the five hundred and five hundred and five hundred.meters that surrounds them. The municipality has a municipal road that has a problem in this aspect by a large forest density with heads that cross the road.The actions consist of a controlled felling of trees along the road /roadwhich goes from Galera to Bruguera and to Santa Maria de Merles, in order to guarantee the vertical and horizontal discontinuity of the vegetation above the road and as a preventive measure in the propagation of forest fires and road safety in case of wind or rain.Road presents at various points, a wide forest mass on both sides, making part of the trees invade the road, pouching a danger in case of fires and in adverse weather situations.
