• Description of the provision: Works contract consisting of the reform of the Cervera cemetery in accordance with the works project drawn up by the municipal surveyor. With this action, the Paeria de Cervera proposes several actions to improve the infrastructure of the equipment to alleviate deficiencies and improve its operation. The objectives of this action are: Improvements to the rainwater collection network and its use for irrigation. a) Improve the drainage and water collection network rainwater to achieve maximum utilization.b) Provide a rainwater collection tank for irrigation use.c) Equip the premises with an irrigation network with rainwater. Equip the premises with a warehouse for storing and recharging the elevator machine.a) Reform of the corner space at the bottom of the enclosure, forming a cover and widening the door.b) Equip the warehouse with electrical installation for lighting and recharging point for the elevator machine.Repair of roofs.a) Repair of roofs, providing them with waterproofing.b) Repair of the deficiencies in the coverings and finishes of the porches.c) Placement of gutters and downspouts. Improvements in the external accesses of the enclosure.a) Formation of an opening in the wall at the back for communicate with the expansion space. b) Formation of stairs and ramp at the back. c) Expansion of the external access to the north of the site and adaptation of the land.
