Works Contract for the Execution of the Executive Redevelopment Project of Carrer Esplugues, in the Barceloneta Neighborhood. This action to date is considered the first phase of a comprehensive reform project for the Barceloneta neighborhood. The Total Scope Of The Performance Is 1,980.00M2. needs To Satisfy: The Nature And Extent Of The Needs That Are Intended To Satisfy With The Contract That Regulates The Present Specification, Is The Transformation Of The Street With The Purpose Of Adapting It To The Current Urbanization Standards Of The Municipality. This adaptation focuses on three aspects: The improvement of Accessibility, the comfort and safety of pedestrians on the one hand, naturalization with the purpose of better resilience to climate effects as well as air quality (for better health and well-being of the neighborhood) on the other, and lastly, the updating of all the Service Infrastructures. Ultimately, the goal is to calm the streets of the neighborhood in order to turn them into more favorable environments for daily use by the neighborhood through adapting their mobility and the introduction of greenery. This Contract Is Administrative, Of Reform Works, According to Article 13 of the Lcsp, And It Is Regulated In Articles 231 to 246 Of The Same Law And In Article 138 And Following Of Royal Decree 1098/2001, Of October 12, Which Approves The General Regulations For Contracting Of Public Administrations (Rglcap).
