Description:
Description of the provision: In accordance with the executive project, the various solutions to modernize the theater consist of actions that have the least impact on the structure of the building and that respond to the needs of a modern theater. Given the specificity of this workphase II, it has been decided to divide the contract into 3 lots: LOT 1. Redo the line that feeds the stage box, piping between the stage and the future control room in the chicken coop, provide the necessary work and consumption points and install a grounding network. Install work walkwayson both sides of the stage box with two levels on the right and three levels on the left. Installation of the platform walkway in front of the mouth of the stage with the side accesses. Installation of theater air conditioning ducts, left as a forecast to connect in the futureto installation of the air conditioning machinery. Placement of two communication fire doors between the scenic box and the hall of hygienic services. Placement of anti-panic bars at two of the theatre's exit doors. Light control installation in the scenic box. LOT2. Install hoppers, pulleys, winches and electric actuators necessary for the operation of the theater. Fire curtain installation between stage box and seating area. Installation of electrified bars with their wiring to be able to power the stage lighting spotlights....
