Reform of the air conditioning and ventilation installation by adapting it to the technical and safety conditions that the building must meet.
Improvement of the thermal envelope of the building through the replacement of exterior carpentry with a new one of better transmittance, incorporating elements Luminosity regulators. The replacement for LEDs of the old luminaries and the installation of photovoltaic panels is also contemplated.
