Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is the subsidiary execution of the cleaning and clearing work of the plot of land known as the "Can Cervera" in the municipality of Esplugues de Llobregat, in the event that the person who owns the area of action does not execute.Voluntary form The execution order instituted by Mayor's Decree 2025/119 of March 21, 2025. However, in the event that the owner voluntarily executes the instant order, this contract will not be executed and, therefore, no additional compensation will be generated toThe tenders.
