- Description of the provision: Work for the reform of the air conditioning installation (phase 2 production) of the part of the center that works with the roof air conditioners both on the ground floor and on the first floor. The type of installation chosen for the reforma is a system made up of independent 1x1 refrigerant gas equipment, with an external condensing unit and a cassette as an internal unit. Each space will also have its programmable wall control and a management system will be installed and control of the new installation by CAP El Serral.
