Description:
Description of the service: The object of the contract is the execution of the works promoted by the Regional Council of Alt Penedès and contemplated in the Basic and Executive Project for the new headquarters of the music school of Alt Penedès, drawn up in September 2025 by TDA ARQUITECTURA Y URBANISMO 2002 SLP, and signed by Elena Nedelcu, collegiate architect 55375-1 of the COAC. The basic and executive project was initially approved by the Plenum of the Regional Council of Alt Penedès, in the session of September 18, 2025, publishing the Edict of initial approval in the DOGC and in the BOP of Barcelona dated September 29, 2025. During the period of thirty days during which no objections have been made and the agreement becoming definitively approved, publication of the edict in the DOGC i in the BOP of Barcelona on November 20, 2025.
