• Description:
• Description of the service: The purpose of this contract is to carry out the works for the renewal of the control flow meters in the ATL distribution network, linked to the UPC. (phase IV). It also includes the installation of new flow meters to improve the control of the flows that circulate through the distribution network. In summary, the works to be executed are: • Supply and assembly work for the installation of the flow meters. It includes the dismantling of the necessary existing elements.• Adequacy of the associated valves, such as butterfly valves, disassembly carts, etc. or the control instrumentation.• New electrical installation and the control part of the new flowmeters, especially when adapting the existing power and control cabinet.• Position flowmeters in operation, and local and remote testing of the signals. The number of flowmeters included in this action range from diameters DN 50-2200 mm and in total are estimated at 47 units (24 ut new installation, 8 ut replacement of existing equipment and the rest are flow meters for calculating the hydraulic performance of plants).The project indicates the exact coordinates of each flow meter that are mostly distributed in the distribution network, but there are also 9 ut in the ITAM's own plants in Tordera and Llobregat. All the flowmeters will be of the electromagnetic type and will be of zero distance quality, because practically none of the installations have control distances...
