- Description of the service: The object of this tender is the provision of writing, design, layout and printing services for the official newsletter of the Gelida City Council. The City Council does not have any contract in force regarding the supply and serves writing, design, layout and printing of the official bulletin. This is the intention of the City Council to regularize the contracting of said service, while improving its efficiency and quality, with the tendering of a contract in order to promote and adapt the drafting, design, layout and printing services of the municipal bulletin to the current needs of the municipality. The work to be carried out is detailed in the technical specifications (PPTP), and those that have been offered will be added the successful tenderer in his tender proposal, always in accordance with the applicable legislation. In the aforementioned PPTP, the conditions and specifications of the main services to be performed are also set out. This contract can be qualify as a mixed administrative contract for services and supply, in accordance with the definition of article 18 and 25.1 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, by which the Directives are transposed into the Spanish legal system of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/UE and 2014/24/UE, of February 26, 2014 (hereafter LCSP). The procurement file will be subject to ordinary processing, in accordance with articles 116 and 117 of the LCSP.
