LOT 1 - MINIMUM GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BERCA MUNICIPAL BULLETIN a) DIN A4 format (21x29.7 cm), with 90 gr mechanical pulp paper. 4 inks and color photographs.b) Front and back cover with 90 gr mechanical paper. in 4 inks.c) Front cover, back cover and Interior 24 pages.d) Print run of 11,500 copies of free distribution.e) Frequency of the newsletter, 9 issues per year. If this frequency is altered due to excess or defect, that is, if more or less numbers were edited, the price of the contract will increase or reduce proportionally to the numbers edited, as long as it does not exceed20% according to the awarded price.f) The sections that the BIM Berca will cost, and that may be modified (see clause 2nd PPT)LOT 2 DISTRIBUTION AND DISTRIBUTIONThe winning company must carry out the task of municipal distribution of the Berca magazine in a period of 10 CALENDAR days counted fromd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28from the moment the newsletter is delivered by the company awarded lot 1. There will be 9 annual distributions of magazines. The distribution frequency may be altered by excess or by default, that is, if more or less numbers were edited, the price of the contract will increase or reduce proportionally.e to the published issues, as long as it does not exceed 20% according to the awarded price.
